1. Shock Resistant

GSF's core range of high strength cold-drawn steel telescopic slides with high resistance to shock and vibration and offering partial (70%), full (100%) and over (150%) extension capability. The range includes slides fabricated from stainless steel, and also aluminium - ideal for aerospace applications, and with load bearing capabilities ranging from a few Kilogrammes to well over a tonne. The range generally has high resistance to shock and vibration, and a wide range of options are available including anti-corrosion and strengthening finishes, lock-in and lock-out, and bespoke design of bracketry and fitting.

2. Heavy Duty

Ideal for storage and other static applications, this range of cold-rolled steel slides provides a highly cost effective solution to most straightforward applications where a medium-to-heavy load slide-out function is required, eg 19" racking, museum and other similar storage applications, and furniture slides.

3. Ultra High Precision
GSF's Telerace and Ballrace range of high precision hardened sliders and rails offers superbly smooth and accurate linear motion, together with an easy fit due to the self aligning and self lubricating capabilities of the product. With hardened ball and roller tracks, this premium product range works comfortably with very high loads (eg 5 tonnes) and in highly automated applications.

4. Slide and Tilt
GSF's award winning slide and tilt system sets the standard for flexible and modular slide out and tip down drawers used in fire and rescue vehicles and other similar applications. Used in conjunction with push button double handes, the system is designed to maximise the operator's safe control of a heavy tipdown drawer, providing safe access to equipment stowed in drawers at chest height and above.

5. General Purpose

This superb range of cold rolled steel slides is ideal for use in static applications where reliability and precision of movement are required, but the slides will not be subjected to excessive shock and vibration. 6. Linear Rail
GSF's range of Linear Rail fitted with one or more recirculating ball bearing carriers provides a linear motion solution in a vast range of applications, such as sliding doors and machine guarding. Systems are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminium and with load bearing capacities ranging from 5Kg per carrier through to 600Kg per carrier.

7. Tool Mounts

Where tools are to be transported in a vehicle, it is necessary to hold those tools securely on a tool boad or in a drawer and to make them quickly and easily accesible when they are needed.

GSF now offers the superb PAC range of toolmounts. Generally made from supertuff nylon and glass reinforced plastics, GSF's toolmount range is both non-corrosive and high strength - most components are fully tested to 9g and in some cases to over 80g, holding the relevant tool securely throughout the test. The range includes positive locking tool holders such as the Jumbolok, friction lock tools such as the Flexmount, and an extensive range of hangers for axes, and sledgehammers,and other products such as the innovative CylinderMate for SCBA cylinders.

8. Ladder Gantries
Designed to mount a variaety of types of ladder on the roof of a vehicle, GSF's Ladder Gantry enables the operator to demount the ladder to ground level safely form the rear of the vehicle. The Ladder Gantry is an easy-to-operate weight balanced manual system which securly locks in position when closed for when the vehicle is in motion, and ensures the operator, whilst standing in the safe-zone at the rear of the vehicle, is able to gain easy access to the ladder without climbing on the vehicle.

9. Front Handle

Designed to eliminate the risk of possible pinch injury for a gloved hand, GSF's double handle and push button lock gives the operator excellent control over the movement of a potentially heavy drawer, whether fitted to a straight slide-out drawer or in conjunction with GSF's smooth slide and tilt system. The push-button lock retracts the two strong spring-loaded locking bolts, which re-engage when the drawer is slammed shut.
