4-beam cold rolled over-extension (150%) telescopic drawer runners from our general purpose range of telescopic slides.


The 10.0111 is produced with zinc plating (blue) as standard. It is produced in closed lengths from 300mm to 800mm, with a load bearing capacity ranging (depending on length) up to 100 Kg/pair (220 lbs)

Load capacities are generally stated on the basis of permissible dynamic loading based on 10,000 cycles. 

The standard slider is produced with a corrosion resistant zinc plating finish (blue), although a number of other different finishes and other features (lock-in, lock-out etc) are available as options

The drawer slides sections are produced from cold rolled, low carbon and high yield strength steel according to EN 10268 and EN 10139 and from pre-galvanised low carbon and high yield strength steel according to EN 10147 and EN 10139

The sliders’ ball cages are produced from electrolitically galvanised, cold rolled, low carbon and high yield strength steel according to EN 10131 and EN

This feature reduces the sound produced when the slide reaches the end of its travel. This bumper does not prevent the slide from opening from its closed position.

This bumper, with a holdforce of 17.5N or 30N, prevents the slide from opening by itself in its closed position. It also reduces the sound produced when the slide reaches the end of its travel.

A cost saving and unique system for 199 racks. Electronic equipment and larger computer systems are often stored in 199 racks. In order to do maintainance or replace equipment easily, these 199 racks are often equipped with ball bearing slides. THe unibracket system enable slides to be mounted on the 199 rack. This system allows you to mount the slides onto the racks in a very simple, quick way. The same brackets can be used with slides of various length. The uni-brackets are adjustable in width and depth. The depth is adjustable without screws. The patented uni-bracket system can be used for 1U, 2U and all other types of racks in combination with our Solar, Ulf HD and Titan slides.

Bespoke positioning, shape and size of holes is available (subject to constraints on order quantity) whether to meet a bespoke drilling pattern or for other design reasons
Slide Option - F10.22 - Countersunk holes F10.22 - Countersunk holes - Bespoke countersinking of screw holes to facilitate use of flat head screws

Where standard drilling patterns and hole shapes can not be used, bespoke countersinking of screw holes can be specified (subject to order quantity constraints - please contact us for details)

19 Inch Racks

The industry standard for mounting electronic systems is the 19" rack, but small variations in size of the electronic units themselves can greatly affect the gap available for positioning a telescopic slide to carry the component.  GSF's  large range of products means that you can expect to find a slide to meet your requirements.

The high cost and sensistivity of the electronics being mounted means that the slide must be precision engineered to move with a moderate resistance and have a shock-reducing end-stop configuration - a free moving slide with a solid end-stop may result in shock damage to sensitive equipment. 

Over-extension and lock-in / lock-out are features which will facilitate easier access for the purposes of maintenance and installation.

ATMs/TVMs

In ATM/TVM machines, operators will be accessing the machines on a daily basis, and it is generally an absolute requirement that the components of the machine are always positioned accurately in relation to each other to ensure that they interract correctly.  This requires precision engineered slides that remain reliable and and do not lose shape or become loose over time, despite high movement repetitions.
