10.0102 (3-beam Telescopic Slide) - ULF HD D, E, F & 2-way (per pair)

3-beam cold rolled full-extension telescopic drawer slide from our general purpose range of telescopic slides.

The 10.0102 is produced with zinc plating (blue) as standard. The telescopic drawer slide is produced in closed lengths from 300mm to 800mm, with a load bearing capacity ranging (depending on length) from 64 Kg/pair (140 lbs) to 100 Kg/pair (220 lbs).

Load capacities for this slide are stated on the basis of permissible dynamic loading based on high intensity applications requirig up to 100,000 cycles. For Low cycle intensity applications (up to 10,000 cycles) higher loads of up to 155 Kg per pair may be permissible. Contact GSF for details on +44 1691 770303.

The standard slider is produced with a corrosion resistant zinc plating finish (blue), although a number of other different finishes and other features (lock-in, lock-out etc) are available as options

The runners open section beams are produced from cold rolled, low carbon and high yield strength steel according to EN 10268 and EN 10139 and from pre-galvanised low carbon and high yield strength steel according to EN 10147 and EN 10139

The sliders’ ball cages are produced from electrolitically galvanised, cold rolled, low carbon and high yield strength steel according to EN 10131

Product Variants:

ULF HD B: Fitted with an angle bracket drawer carrier, with an appropriate hole pattern pre-drilled into the horizontal element of the angle bracket

ULF HD D: The Standard ULF HD without any brackets fitted, but with the inner beam pre-drilled to a standard pattern

ULF HD E: Fitted with an angle bracket drawer carrier, with an appropriate hole pattern pre-drilled into the horizontal element of the angle bracket. the E variant is also fitted with an anti-rebound system with fail-safe function.

ULF HD F: The ULF runner without any additional bracket. The inner beams pre-drilled with an appropriate hole pattern. The F variant is fited with the anti-rebound system with fail-safe.

ULF HD two way travel: The slide can extend in either direction (bi-directional / double extension)

F10.01 - Bumper without hold-closed - End Bumper with no hold-closed capability This feature reduces the sound produced when the slide reaches the end of its travel. This bumper does not prevent the slide from opening from its closed position.
F10.02 - Bumper with hold closed - End stop bumper with hold-closed capability This bumper, with a holdforce of 17.5N or 30N, prevents the slide from opening by itself in its closed position. It also reduces the sound produced when the slide reaches the end of its travel.
F10.04 - Anti-rebound (standard) - End-of-slide device to prevent the slide bouncing open again when the drawer is pushed closed The mechanism actively pulls the slide into its closed position when it reaches the end of its travel and prevents it from bouncing open again. Pull in force is approximately 15N.
F10.05 - Anti-rebound (fail-safe) - End-of-slide device to prevent the slide bouncing open again when the drawer is pushed closed, with protection against inadvertent operation This mechanism actively pulls the slide into its closed position when it reaches the end of its travel and prevents it from bouncing open again. The fail-safe versions is designed to prevent damage to the mechanism if it were inadvertently operated while the slide is in its opened position. Thus always assuring a good functioning of the anti rebound. Pull in force is approximately 15N for the standard and 30N for the stronger version.
F10.06 - Hold-out - An in-built device to hold the slide in the open position The hold out feature prevents the slide from closing by itself when opened. This system is operated by applying a higher initial force to the application.
F10.07 - Lock-out - An in-built manual release latch to lock the slide in the open position The lock out feature prevents the slide from closing by itself when in opened position. The slide can be unlocked manually by pressing a latch.
F10.08 - Double Extension - Slides with this feature are bi-directional i.e. can slide open in either direction This slide can, for example, be used in warehousing applications, tableslides, sliding doors or cabinets in which the drawer has to be accessible from both sides of the cabinet.
F10.09 - Surface Finish - Blue Zinc - Electrodeposited coating of zinc with blue passivation Electrodeposited coating of zinc with trivalent blue passivation in accordance with NEN-EN 12329. F10.12 - Unibracket - Adaptable unibracket to fit the slide into a 19" rack A cost saving and unique system for 199 racks. Electronic equipment and larger computer systems are often stored in 199 racks. In order to do maintainance or replace equipment easily, these 199 racks are often equipped with ball bearing slides. THe unibracket system enable slides to be mounted on the 199 rack. This system allows you to mount the slides onto the racks in a very simple, quick way. The same brackets can be used with slides of various length. The uni-brackets are adjustable in width and depth. The depth is adjustable without screws. The patented uni-bracket system can be used for 1U, 2U and all other types of racks in combination with our Solar, Ulf HD and Titan slides.
F10.13 - Rack and Pinion system - Rack and pinion system to ensure slides move in synchronistaion The Rack-and-pinion system is a patented system that ensures both sides of a frame are pulled out simultaneously by connecting both slides with a hexagonal axle. Rack-and-pinion is available in various sizes for all common filing frames. One of the great advantages of the Rack-and-pinion system is its levers at the front of the gear tracks which enable a full extension travel. The system is available as a complete set or as seperate parts. The set contains: Ulf HD slide with gear track mounting capability Hexagonal axle made in desired length Gear track mounted on slide or available separately Plastic gears Plastic axle mounts
F10.14 ISL - Integrated Side Lock (ISL) system to prevent simultaneous opening of cabinet drawers The Integrated Slide Lock system (ISL) is designed to prevent the possibility of opening several drawers in a cabinet simultaneously. Thus eliminating the risk of the cabinet tipping over (Anti-Tilt). The system is completely integrated in the slides, which are connected to each other by metal rods. It therefore has one of the lowest costs in mounting of anti-tilt systems in the market. If the drawer width is greater than its depth we recommend using ISL on both sides of the cabinet, in other cases the use on one side will suffice. The ISL system can be combined with a central locking system.
F10.15 - ISL + lock - Integrated Slide Lock with central key locking (one side or both sides The ISL system can be combined with a central locking system. This system, which can be mounted easily into the cabinet, connects the ISL with a central lock in the cabinet. It is also prepared for flipper door applications. The locking system has a self adjustable feature that makes it possible to close the lock, even when a drawer is still opened. After closing the drawer, it will be locked as well. A lock fitted into an adapter is connected to the activator block by cables. The activator block immobilizes the ISL system when the lock is closed. The system is build up in a modular way, therefore offering maximum flexibility. Cables in various lengths ensure an optimal fit in all cabinets. Depending of the type of usage and its application, we offer various configurations of the system. Type 1; Basic. For use on one side of cabinet: Activator-block Cable Assembly instructions Type 2; Basic plus lock. F10.17 - Protective end cap - Protective end-cap fitted to slide end the end-cap prevents ingress into the slide of dirt and materials that can interfere with the performance of the slide
F10.18 Disconnect - Inclusion of a disconnect beam in the slide The disconnect option allows the drawer to be removed from the slide. the disconnect beam attaches to the inner beam.
F10.19 - Studs - Studs fixed to the slide to facilitate easy positioning The studs facilitate faster and more accurate fitting of the slide. Stud positioning can be specified on a bespoke basis.
F10.20 - Threaded studs - Threaded studs fixed to the slide to facilitate positioning and easy bolting of slide Pre-threaded studs enabled the slide to be positioned and fixed with greater ease and accuracy
F10.21 - Holes - Holes / fixings positioned to user-defined drilling patterns / shapes / sizes Bespoke positioning, shape and size of holes is available (subject to constraints on order quantity) whether to meet a bespoke drilling pattern or for other design reasons
