An ideal component for use in innovative and luxurious kitchen and interior design, it is also an ideal mounting bracket for Plasma TVs and other display media, both to adjust viewing height and to recess the screen either in a furniture unit or in the ceiling when not in use. It also has applications in healthcare (e.g. variable height disabled access to equipment) and in other workplace and industrial situations (presentation of tools and equipment at variable height, storage etc). The Balancebox BBB comprises two steel frames - one to be attached to the wall and one to the application. In the BBB version the spring system is adjusted manually to match the weight between a minimum and maximum weight setting. The product is available with three weight ranges – 20Kg to 44Kg; 24Kg to 52 Kg; and 28Kg to 61Kg. The system can be supplied with an optional stainless steel cover design. The unit can be installed and works equally well for vertical sliding in either direction up or down. BBL and BBE versions are also available. The BBL Balancebox vertical slide system is fitted with a brake function that allows the sliding panel to be locked into any position in its vertical travel. The BBE version is powered and operated by remote control. The top of the range BBE systems automatically self adjusts its tension settings for load within the min and max range resulting in a highly sophisticated vertical slide solution.
The Balancebox BBB is the innovative new vertical sliding system from Thomas regout. This patented verical slide system enables use of inaccessible potential storage locations at head height and above, and with its patented system of springs and linear rail, the storage drawer or unit can be slid up and down effortlessly, with the drawer weight being totally neutralised and made weightless for a feather light movement.
